A Men's Group Is Coming to Calgary
Small. Confidential. Built for honest work.
Isolation is a nervous system state, not just a feeling. And for a lot of men, it crept in without a decision ever being made: the friendships faded, the calls stopped, and one day there was no one to talk to who wasn't a partner or a coworker.
A room of men doing honest work changes that in a way individual therapy alone sometimes can't. Not a lecture series. Not forced vulnerability. A small, consistent, confidential group where you can speak plainly, hear from men dealing with the same things, and be genuinely known.
The Plan
I'm launching a biweekly men's group in Calgary. The structure and schedule will be finalized with the founding group in mind, which is exactly why the waitlist below asks a few questions. Groups work when the men in them share enough common ground to trust each other quickly, so I build each group deliberately rather than filling seats.
If this is even faintly interesting, join the waitlist. It commits you to nothing and shapes everything.

FAQ
Men's group FAQ
Do I have to talk?
You'll never be forced. Most men find they want to once the group settles, but pacing is yours.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Every member agrees to group confidentiality, and I hold the same professional obligations I do in individual therapy.
When does it start?
The founding group's start date and format will be set once there's a compatible core group on the waitlist. Waitlist members hear first.
